11-11-11 Portal of Light (video)

Invocation for the New Reality Paradigm
, Wisdom Quarterly
I call upon Mother/Father God, and all the Beings of Light from On High that I personally acknowledge as I align with my Mighty I Am Presence, the Highest Light of Who I Am and Who I have Forever Been.

I now call for a complete activation of the 12 Strand DNA and a clearing of all limited beliefs and patterns I may hold at a cellular level, so I may truly experience myself as this Master Being of Love and Light.
I now call upon the Company of Heaven and my I Am Presence to assist in downloading all the key codes of Light that I am needing in this Now, to take me into unconditional Love and One Unity Consciousness.

I now find myself on the Unity Grid of Light, this crystalline grid of Light, within and around this Earth plane, connected to Mother Earth, and a minimum of one million Light workers along this grid of Light, and all the Beings of Light from On High assisting in this ascension of the Earth.

I am now surrounded in the golden flame of Unity Consciousness, as I merge completely with my I Am Presence. In this energy of Love and Unity Consciousness, I now envisage a spiralling vortex of Light about my aura, combining with all those along the Unity Grid, holding the focus of World Peace, Love, and Unity Consciousness for this new Golden Age.

I now experience this collective Christed Consciousness, opening my heart to all life, recognizing myself as One with all life, One with Mother/Father God.

As I project my Christed Consciousness into the future, I envisage an Earth where all life co-creates in Love and lives fearlessly.

I envisage a world of harmony and abundance for all life on this Earth plane.

I envisage a world of Love and joy for all life on this Earth plane.

I envisage a world of One Unity Consciousness for all life on this Earth plane.

I envisage a world enlightened by the new reality paradigm, the Golden Age of Aquarius.

As this first wave soul in human embodiment of the I Am Avatar Blueprint, I envisage this Blueprint of Light for all life on this Earth plane.

Hemp Oil Heals (video)

Wisdom Quarterly, Rick Simpson, RevolutionNews.US
()

The Buddha spoke of Five Precepts as a means of avoiding suffering for ourselves, others, and society. The fifth precept is, "I undertake the precept to abstain from intoxicants." There are strains of the cannabis plant people abuse as an intoxicant.

This makes it all the more remarkable that the plant has legitimate medicinal properties. Its seed is a healthy protein and its oil is a miracle. Neither are intoxicating. Both are available at every health food store in the country. Now a mixture of the plant and its oil has been found to heal cancers and other ailments. But this is not a new discovery.

In the past doctors carried Cannabis indica (Indian hemp) in their black medical bags and used it liberally as a safe cure for treatment for many ailments. People will go on abusing this plant, just as they abuse far more toxic substances without concerning themselves about the physical and spiritual harm they are doing.

This is no reason to continue to criminalize and ignore a substance even Harvard University has to admit heals disease.

() Cannabis oil cures cancer, according to Rick Simpson.
This is the oil, protein, and fiber without the THC (healthfulpursuit.com).

What Harvard Found

(RevolutionNews.US) Researchers at Harvard tested one of the active substances in cannabis, THC, in both lab and mouse studies. They say this is the first set of experiments to show that the compound actually activates naturally produced receptors to fight off lung cancer.

The researchers suggest that THC or other designer agents that activate these receptors might be used in a targeted fashion to treat lung cancer.

Although a synthetic substitute of THC, known as Marinol, has been used as an appetite stimulant for cancer patients and other similar treatments, few studies have shown that THC might have anti-tumor activity.

The interesting part is that the only clinical trial testing THC as a treatment for cancer growth was a recently completed British pilot study. For three weeks, researchers injected standard doses of THC into mice that had been implanted with human lung cancer cells.

They found that tumors were reduced in size and weight by about 50 percent in treated animals compared to a control group. There was also about a 60 percent reduction in cancer lesions on the lungs in these mice as well as a significant reduction in protein markers associated with cancer progression. PhoenixTears.ca

(healthfulpursuit.com)

Cannabis stops cancer (Harvard). Cannabis stops breast cancer (UCSF). Cannabis grows brain cells in mice (Princeton). Cannabis is a cousin of the hemp plant.

Hemp cannot get anyone high, yet it is illegal. Hemp is illegal because it is the most useful plant in the world. Before petroleum it was recognized and used in England and the Colonies (the nascent United States) as the strongest and most versatile fuel, medicine (Cannabis indica) paper, fiber, food, shelter...

The first US flag was made of hemp, and hemp paper was used for an early draft of our constitution. But since corporations cannot patent a plant, it was systematically discredited and criminalized.

"Hemp can't get you high unless you smoke a joint the size of a telephone pole!" according to Dr. Ron Paul.

No one should get high or use a craving for intoxication as an excuse for promoting this plant. It has legitimate medical uses the chemical-medical industry does want people to have. It is time for a new American Revolution? ♥☠✿☮❀

Cancer Can Be Cured! But Chemo Kills (video)

Wisdom Quarterly
Almost no one dies from cancer anymore; chemotherapy kills us. Of course, doing nothing other than those customary things that created the condition will eventually kill. But that is not what most are dying from.

Cancer takes years to develop (usually seven before there was a visible tumor, which is in fact the body's attempt to save the organism's life by storing away the toxins that would otherwise kill a person). The American Cancer Society, our government, Big Pharma (the pharmaceutical-industrial complex including profit-based researchers) are all guilty of withholding the truth of cures.

What is the secret? First, the worst secret is that the Cancer Industry is not interested in curing patients. Their rate of recovery (not due to their interventions) is 2 percent. Others, like Dr. Coldwell, have a better than 92 percent rate -- according to the Institute for Statistical Medicine in Europe.

(LINK) "The Beautiful Truth" (Gerson Therapy documentary)
The Cancer Industry does not even offer a "cure." That is illegal to offer. They offer "treatments," deadly carcinogenic toxins, carcinogenic ionizing radiation, deadly invasive therapies. It is money-making insanity.

Doctors are wonderful people. But they have an average life span of 56, according to Dr. Leonard Coldwell. They have a suicide rate second only to psychiatrists/therapists, he added. Why? It is because they realize they are not healing as they originally wished to do when they entered the field.

Corporations make money by providing us cheap, toxic food and habits (fast food, fried food, denatured food, sugar, toxic food, acidifying food and body care products, worry, fear, coffee, sadness, guilt, alcohol, anger, stress...) Then we compound the problem by living in ignorance and fear, far removed from knowing anything about our bodies, our pasts, our possibilities.

Second, an alkalizing diet would go a long way to mitigating the damage being done. Breathe deeply from the belly. Eat only natural (untreated) sea salt or pink Himalayan salt. Use bases like pure baking soda (free of aluminum).

(LINK) Opinion

Avoid fermented, moldy, yeasty (which contributes to candida), addictive starches (like bread which also has gluten and sugar hazards), fungal things. Eat greens, leaves, fruits, raw/soaked nuts, beans, Quinoa, Amaranth, sprouts of all kinds, green juices, superfoods (spirulina, chlorella, blueberries, hemp oil, hemp seeds, not-too-sweet fruits, berries of all kinds.

The third secret sounds simple but seems impossible for us: Be happy whatever you do. Be happy. Do it if you want to do it (whatever it is), but be happy doing it. If you can't, then change to something you can be happy about. There is no way to happiness; happiness is the way!

The goal is proper PH, and a higher PH while healing. Drink a gallon of water a day with a a teaspoon of Himalayan salt.

Learn serenity meditation. Nothing is worth worrying about. It may be worth doing something about, but not worrying. All cancers are curable. Education -- not funded by the Cancer Industry -- is fundamental.

Wait until you are dying and the doctors have given up -- then try a cure that works because there will be nothing to lose. Or trust and do it sooner. You are never too old or too young to live well.

Shaolin Temple Secret: Dragon Herbs

Ron Teaguarden (DragonHerbs.com), Wisdom Quarterly edit

American herbalist Ron Teaguarden and Buddhist monks strolling at the Shaolin Temple.

Inside the Shaolin Temple’s Herbal Tradition
Last summer (2010) master herbalist Ron Teaguarden spent some quality time in China. He took this trip to identify, qualify, and purchase herbs in person for our "Dragon Herbs" products. We meet up with growers, collectors, processors, scientists, teachers, masters, and experts that make tonic herbalism so remarkably great.

He also got to meet up with the great China crew. These are things done every year. But this trip had a wonderful, special bonus. I took a truly exotic excursion to the mystical Song Shan Mountains, Henan Provence, China’s heartland, and visited the world famous, 1,500-year-old Shaolin Temple.

Many people know that the Shaolin Temple is the iconic birthplace and incubator of kung fu. Shaolin kung fu is extreme, extraordinary, and steeped in spiritual practices.

Indeed, kung fu is a fundamental part of the Buddhist monks’ daily routine. It is a path to enlightenment. As a result, the Shaolin monks who practice kung fu are known as “warrior monks.”

There are also monks at the Shaolin Temple who do not practice kung fu. They focus on Buddhist meditation or the healing arts.

They are therefore known as “meditating monks” and “healing monks.” As awesome and popular as this kung fu legacy is, the Shaolin Temple has an even greater historic legacy: It is the temple where Zen Buddhism was first conceived and where it developed into one of the most famous and important spiritual practices in the world.

These days, in the west in particular, people think of Zen as a Japanese path. But the Japanese were not the originators of Zen. For centuries before Zen was adapted into Japanese Zen Buddhism, it was practiced and developed in China.

In China, the practice is “Chan” (禪). Zen is simply the Japanese pronunciation of the foreign Chinese word Chan. [The original Indian-Buddhist word is jhana, from the ancient Sanskrit word dhyana.] Actually, Chan Buddhism spread first from China to Vietnam (Thien), then to Korea (Seon), and then on to Japan (Zen). From Japan, it has spread throughout the world. More

BREAKUP: "Be Gentle With Me" (comedy)

Wisdom Quarterly

"Be gentle with me, oh oh, be gentle with me...please be gentle with me, handle with care, be gentle with me...or I shall kick your teeth in."

Breaking up is hard to do, they say. But it depends. It certainly is if one repeatedly reflects on the appealing qualities of the lost person.

However, if one were to from to time consider and reflect on the unappealing aspects, that clinging and pining would vanish.

One would become disenchanted, disillusioned, dispassionate. And then it would be possible to be freed. There is, of course, a trap. If one pushes away from the pain, that is just as dangerous as clinging to the pleasant in the first place. Aversion is as hard to deal with as undue attraction.

"Garden of Love" (Benny Hill)

Hate quickly replaces love -- without displacing it. One is then attached and angry, hurt and seeking some way of ridding oneself of the pain, the memory, the intrusive thoughts.

Wise reflection (yoniso manasikara) sees things as they truly are -- neither ignoring the bad nor exaggerating the good.

With freedom comes laughter again. Everything is funny. Everything is light. Everything is fine just as it is, because fine/not-fine is all in the mind that judges it so. With a different decision, the world seems to change. There is no out there without an in here.

Laugh, and the whole world laughs with you. Cry, and you can cry alone. (Misery loves company, but the company soon wearies of les contagious miserable).

Be sure to have the number to cancel.

Meditation Feng Shui; Concentration (video)

Feng Shui for a "romantic" bedroom

There are basic ways to create a romantic bedroom with feng shui.

First of all, clean the bedroom. We need to clear clutter and junk so that positive energy can flow through the room easily. Clutter is known to block the flow of positive energy (called “chi” in feng shui). Things like books, dirty clothes, and other miscellaneous junk should all be removed. The area under the bed should also be cleaned and kept clutter-free. In addition, remove things that are reminders of the past or past relationships.

Moreover, remove the television and the computer from the bedroom. Whether we believe it or not, computers and televisions literally suck energy. They are known to affect the relationship and snatch away a partner’s attention.

Make room for love. If we wish to reignite our love lives, we need to get rid of all objects related to loneliness and make room for objects that represent love. More

Meat-Free Mondays (Johns Hopkins)

Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health (meatlessmonday.com)
Monday is the beginning of the week, the day we move from the freedom of the weekend to the structure of work or school, the day we set intentions for the next six days.

Why Meatless
Going meatless once a week may reduce your risk of chronic preventable conditions like cancer, cardiovascular disease, diabetes and obesity. It can also help reduce your carbon footprint and save precious resources like fresh water and fossil fuel.

Read about these benefits below. But keep in mind that just going meatless is not enough. That’s why we give you the information you need to add healthy, environmentally friendly meat-free alternatives to your diet each week. Further, if you do eat meat on other days, we strongly recommend grass-fed, hormone-free, locally-raised options whenever possible.

Health Benefits
LIMIT CANCER RISK: Hundreds of studies suggest that diets high in fruits and vegetables may reduce cancer risk. Both red and processed meat consumption are associated with colon cancer.
REDUCE HEART DISEASE: Recent data from a Harvard University study found that replacing saturated fat-rich foods (for example, meat and full fat dairy) with foods that are rich in polyunsaturated fat (for example, vegetable oils, nuts and seeds) reduces the risk of heart disease by 19%
FIGHT DIABETES: Research suggests that higher consumption of red and processed meat increase the risk of type 2 diabetes.
CURB OBESITY: People on low-meat or vegetarian diets have significantly lower body weights and body mass indices. A recent study from Imperial College London also found that reducing overall meat consumption can prevent long-term weight gain.
LIVE LONGER: Red and processed meat consumption is associated with modest increases in total mortality, cancer mortality and cardiovascular disease mortality.
IMPROVE YOUR DIET. Consuming beans or peas results in higher intakes of fiber, protein, folate, zinc, iron and magnesium with lower intakes of saturated fat and total fat.

Environmental Benefits
REDUCE YOUR CARBON FOOTPRINT. The United Nations’ Food and Agriculture Organization estimates the meat industry generates nearly one-fifth of the man-made greenhouse gas emissions that are accelerating climate change worldwide...far more than transportation. And annual worldwide demand for meat continues to grow. Reining in meat consumption once a week can help slow this trend.
MINIMIZE WATER USAGE. The water needs of livestock are tremendous, far above those of vegetables or grains. An estimated 1,800 to 2,500 gallons of water go into a single pound of beef. Soy tofu produced in California requires 220 gallons of water per pound.
HELP REDUCE FOSSIL FUEL DEPENDENCE. On average, about 40 calories of fossil fuel energy go into every calorie of feed lot beef in the U.S. Compare this to the 2.2 calories of fossil fuel energy needed to produce one calorie of plant-based protein. Moderating meat consumption is a great way to cut fossil fuel demand.

Medicine’s Great Divide — the Alternative

Dr. Deepak Chopra, MD (virtualmentor.ama-assn.org, deepakchopra.com)
(orbitcast.com)

Medicine’s Great Divide — The View from the Alternative Side
The relationship between conventional and alternative medicine is wary at best. What is needed is expanded medicine, which encompasses the best that both kinds of medicine have to offer.

I might as well begin by being blunt. There is no love lost between the medicine I was taught in medical school and the kind I practice now, which used to travel under the name of "mind-body medicine."

It acquired Ayurveda (the traditional medicine of India) along the way and now incorporates influences from many other strains of healing. The relationship between conventional and alternative medicine is like a bad marriage, only in reverse: It began with a divorce, has moved to the stage of wary mediation, and holds some prospects of reaching a shy courtship some day in the future.

The grounds for the divorce are bitter. Conventional medicine is offended that alternative medicine even exists. For the average physician, to hear that an allergy patient is taking extract of the herb Nettle to treat his symptoms or that a breast cancer patient is being treated with coffee enemas and a macrobiotic diet arouses scorn.

Over a decade ago, when the New England Journal of Medicine reported that Americans pay more visits annually to alternative practitioners than to MDs [1], the attitude of the editorial writer was barely disguised dismay and disbelief. It was as if the whole country had turned its back on jet travel to return to the horse and buggy.

Yet at bottom no one could really object to the aims of alternative medicine, which are to bring relief to the whole patient. Sick people come to us in hopes that their suffering will end. More
