As it turns out, the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDRC) has continued its propaganda campaign or public relations effort to undermine the prisoner hunger strike protesting torture, inhumane conditions, and unfair assignment to psychologically damaging (and extraordinarily expensive to taxpayers) super maximum imprisonment.
