String of Earthquakes is No Coincidence

Wisdom Quarterly

The "Weather Wars," as America attacks every adversary on Earth and just a few strike back, are on. How quickly we forget New Zealand, Indonesia, Sharon Stone's China, Japan with the added bonus of an ongoing nuclear holocaust... We have seen video of Iran secretly being attacked by the HAARP weapon. And each of the major quakes shows HAARP's signature minutes (celestial formations) before disaster. Do we really need Jesse Ventura to spell it out?

What if Washington DC or New York City were ever to be attacked by modern Tesla earthquake-producing equipment? Impossible? It might happen. At least we would know it was unnatural and not the result of ordinary meteorological events. What if massive storms were to tear through the East Coast, or droughts and floods were to sweep the nation, would we then pay attention? Probably not. But it could happen. And when it does, will expanded consciousness arise saying, "Hey, something's going on here, something fishy, like these massive fish kills" [which are the result of extraordinary electrical strikes, poison testing, and the general disregard multinational energy companies show for the planet.]

"Energy exploration" is a euphemism that means oil drilling and frac-extracting. Fracking in particular is a menace. Extremely toxic chemical are injected under high pressure into the earth. The result is seismic activity in places that rarely if ever sees any. Virginia, for example.

But there are also other ways to degrade the environment. There are "always" quakes, it is said. This is deceptive. There are not always massive temblors in strategic areas, and there is not always large scale destruction, and these demonstration quakes are not otherworldly retribution. It's war. Many are manmade while reputable scientists remain in the dark about what is possible through Pentagon magic and advanced research divisions like DARPA.

Japan Tsunami-Quake caused by HAARP

() Many events were predicted beforehand. Not only was the alien invasion movie "Battle for Los Angeles" was released on the same day as the Japanese tsunami. Moreover, channel and contactee Alex Collier revealed it in 1995! There were strange clouds above Japan prior to the earthquake. There was a weird water vortex sucking ships in the harbor. US corporate designed nuclear reactors were compromised. And long before that a hidden group threatened Japan's government with the possibility of this "natural" disaster if it did not cooperate monetarily and geopolitically. It was told to give over control of its monetary system, but it refused. And the shadowy group (CIA or some such) followed through on their threats making Japan the example (for the second time, Nagasaki and Hiroshima being the first to world governments what the US military is both capable of developing in secret and deploying on a massive scale. Hugo Chavez revealed what the US (new world) government did in Haiti and plans for Iran. He was thanked personally.

A Year of Makeup in a Day (video)

(nowness.com)

If "beauty is only skin deep," what is makeup? A way of knowing that there has been too much aging ("oxidative stress")? No one wants to see what makeup can't hide... unless we've cultivated beauty within as well. The Buddha taught that beauty now and beauty in the future is the result of karma -- willing, performing, and accumulating mental, verbal, and physical acts of loving kindness, compassion, joy in others' joy, impartiality, the Five Precepts, non-anger, and other merit. In Natural Beauty, Dutch artists Lernert and Sander apply a year's worth of makeup on Belgian supermodel Hannelore Knuts. More

Psychic Phenomena Today (abhinna)

Wisdom Quarterly

What the West has labelled psychokinesis, ESP, or paranormal activity has a long history in Buddhism and India. Hinduism calls these natural powers, dormant in the vast majority of people, siddhis. Buddhism refers to them as abhinna (abhijñā, abhiññā) or "higher knowledges." They are rooted in meditative absorptions ("right concentration" or samma samadhi) either developed in this life or in past lives. The karmic ability manifests as a natural inclination or ability, which leads us to conclude that "either you're born with it or you're not." No one is "born" with it, as such. Everyone develops it. But having developed it in the past, it may manifest spontaneously. Then it will be misconstrued as having no cause, that is, something someone is simply born with for no reason. Whereas there are many stories of such things in Buddhist texts, Katie presents a modern case of paranormal powers:

The Gold Leaf Lady

and Other Parapsychological Investigations

Prof. Stephen E. Braude, Univ. of Maryland

Katie, the Gold Leaf Lady

I was seated across a table from a woman, no more than three feet away. And while we were talking, a small piece of gold-colored foil appeared suddenly on her face. I knew that her hands were nowhere near her face when this happened. In fact, I was certain they were in full view on the table the entire time. I knew also that if her husband, seated next to her, had placed the material on her face, I would have seen it clearly. But nobody’s hands had been anywhere near her face. So I knew that the material hadn’t been placed there; it appeared there, evidently without normal assistance.

This was one of several similar incidents that occurred during my most fascinating paranormal investigation: the case of a woman much of whose body -- not just parts of her face -- would break out in what looked like gold leaf. But first, some background. We need to be clear about just how unusual and potentially important this case is.

Parapsychologists study several interesting phenomena, but they focus primarily on the evidence for extrasensory perception (ESP), psychokinesis (PK), and survival of bodily death. Of course, many consider all of these incredible and unworthy of serious attention. Others agree that they’re extraordinary, but believe they’re both possible and worth studying. And still others consider at least some of the phenomena to be natural and part of everyday life. In fact, many would say ESP is merely a form of intuition and leave the matter there. More

Bolivia grants Nature rights (video)

Bolivia's new Mother Nature Law

ZMEscience.com
Environmentalism is finally being taken seriously. Steps are moving in the right direction to protect nature and reverse climate chaos. One intriguing idea, spearheaded by Bolivia, is to give legal rights to natural systems: Bolivia’s "Law of Mother Nature" is set to pass, which will redefine the mineral riches as “blessings.” It is expected to lead to radical new conservation of these resources.

“It has to happen. We have to be able to give legal protection and consideration to the rest of the natural world,” said Patricia Siemen, executive director of the Center for Earth Jurisprudence. “It’s in the human best interest, as well as the larger natural world’s.”

The first article of the Mother Nature Law (translated from Spanish) states that every human activity has to “achieve dynamic balance with the cycles and processes inherent in Mother Earth,” with Mother Earth defined as “a unique, indivisible, self-regulating community of interrelated beings that sustains, contains, and reproduces all beings.” A Nature ministry will be formed and issues will be addressed thoroughly.
